Blauberg Ventilatoren presents FRESHBOX 100 – a new energy-saving ventilation solution
Blauberg Ventilatoren is committed to expanding its range of energy-efficient decentralized ventilation products.

New products are developed to offer increased economy as well as installation and maintenance convenience.

Introducing FRESHBOX 100 – a single-room air handling unit up 100 m3/h in capacity and up to 96 % in heat recovery efficiency. This single-room unit is capable of ensuring continuous air exchange regulation in spaces up to 60 sq. m. The new model does not require any extra ductwork installation making it an excellent choice for completed spaces as well as renovation projects.

FRESHBOX 100 ERV is equipped with an enthalpy plate exchanger

Before entering the serviced space cold outdoor air passes through the filters and the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger helps accumulate both heat and moisture to maintain the desired humidity level. Aqueous vapour precipitates from humid stale air and is soaked by the heat exchanger plates. The resulting moisture and heat are transferred to the supply air stream eliminating any chance for microbial and odour contamination. During the warm season the heat exchanger cools down and dries the supply air stream while giving extra warmth and moisture in the cold season. This helps significantly reduce heat losses and achieve considerable energy savings.
