A new trade fair concept celebrated its debut in 2008: the merging of Nord Elektro and shk Hamburg to form a single trade fair, the GET Nord. This is the largest trade fair in the north of Germany where visitors are presented a dazzling range of various construction equipment and technology as well as products offered by the linked industries such as electrical engineering, sanitation, heating, air conditioning. A particular emphasis is placed on building system technology, building automation and energy efficiency.
